Tri Cities Pelvic Health

I contacted TC Pelvic Health a couple weeks before I gave birth to my second son and was contacted within 24 hours to get on the schedule. Dr. Jacki saw me the week before I gave birth and gave me wonderful exercises and practices to complete to help my first 6 weeks of healing (I had a c-section). I was shocked at how quickly I was back on my feet without pain compared to my first child just with the small suggestions she gave me for healing! I had originally reached out to her due to my back pain after my first child was born as my core wasn't built back properly and I was doing beach body daily to try to strengthen myself! I work in healthcare, so I am on my feet a lot. I have seen her regularly since October and it has been life changing. She has helped me decrease my back pain, break down scar tissue around my surgical site, and even with my posture! I have never had a doctor who was so attentive, patient, and empathetic to my years of pain. She has taught me how to properly stand, hinge, squat, and use a roller ball. I told her I never want to stop seeing her as she has only bettered my life! If you are on the fence about pelvic floor therapy, don't walk, RUN to get an appointment. My mother and my co-worker have both started seeing the staff here and have the same wonderful things to say. You too can live without chronic back pain!

I absolutely loved working with Jacki! She was always so encouraging! She helped me while I was pregnant and after and gave me confidence for birth and the tools I needed to keep my pelvic floor strong after also! Dr. Becca has changed my life. I have dealt with chronic pelvic health issues that were exacerbated within the last year due to hip surgeries. I was living with constant discomfort for years, until I started working with Becca. I have seen many different doctors, none of which I believe cared as much about my health and well being as Becca has. I havent felt this good in a long time and I confidently attribute that to my time spent with Becca. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jacki, who was equally as knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Jacki at Tri Cities Pelvic Health! Jacki was so wonderful to work with. Pelvic health can be such a sensitive topic to discuss, and Jacki provides the ideal environment that is both professional and comfortable. Her passion for what she does shines through in both the way she conducts her business, and the way that she genuinely cares about her patients. After I gave birth, Jacki helped me get back to feeling like my old self again. If youre on the fence about seeking help for your own pelvic health, do it!

Me and my husband took the 6 week evidence based birth class taught by Jacki and we are so happy we did! Not only did we learn so much, but it helped us to prepare mentally and physically for upcoming birth and what is to follow. The course helped guide us to think beforehand of questions or scenarios that we may face and we feel confident navigating them if they present themselves to us. Jacki makes the course approachable and accessible for all! We would recommend it!
