When I came here I really liked the staff and how convenient it was since we lived close by. I loved how my youngest son connected with his teacher. He has learned a lot of independence and I love how hes around other children his age. I am also glad how they work with my daughter who gets really upset when I leave. What I do not like is my oldest boy has a disability and sure the paperwork to enroll your kids asks if the kid has problems and mine does. My son gets a bit physical and has mental breakdowns and the staff didnt know what to do other than send him home. Dont put that down on the enrollment paperwork if staff isnt trained to handle kids like him. My youngest son quite often has diarrhea due to certain foods that are acidic along with milk. His doctor has checked him out and it isnt an allergy its just what he eats just how if we eat acidic foods like fruit and tomatoes and drink milk sometimes our tummies react bad that makes us have to use the bathroom more than normal. I lost my job for the amount of times Ive been called due to my son having a runny nose and having diarrhea. Mind you my kid MOST of the time isnt sick and if he is I sure dont blame them for sending him home and usually he stays home. But hes been home more than hes been in daycare. I was called a couple weeks ago to pick up my youngest son and it was during nap time and my kids dad went to his classroom, the lights were off and doors shut with no teacher inside the classroom. What happens if a child chokes and theres no teacher in sight? What happens if a child is suffocated by their blanket and theres no teacher in sight? What about SIDS ? Its still a thing and I think monitoring the children should be something they do. Sometimes having a baby monitor works but not all the time. I have heard staff cuss around my kids too when Ive picked them up. Today I had to pick up my son due to diarrhea (which he didnt have yesterday, last night or this early morning) and him wetting himself because apparently his stuff was hanging out of his diaper but when we got to the classroom this morning he was dry and his teacher checked his diaper as per usual and it was dry! They claimed he had ring worm by his mouth and he doesnt I just took him to the doctor and kids can get a little dry flakey rash from having something acidic or drooling or something wet by their mouth while sleeping. My oldest boy still drools, hes 6 and gets little dry rashes by his mouth. I get some parents dont know basic care needs for their children but most of other parents do. I get precautionary measures but damn. My kids are at the doctor more than they attend school or are at home. I just recently got kicked out of school for leaving so much and cancelling meetings. This plays a huge part in our lives and its detrimental for the amount of times Ive left and got fired from my job and now kicked out of college isnt ok. Daycare is supposed to help this is why we either pay out of pocket or have state help because us single parents need a career to provide for our children. Now Im questioning what is daycare even for? Im pulling my kids out this week this has become so ridiculous. Thanks for.. the help?

Kristen and Nicole are awful humans. Kristen thinks its funny to brag about firing employees for no reason. Girls crying and quitting from being so overwhelmed. Cussing in front of kids, not taking care of kids and so on. Even their own staff tries to report them but they are all friends with higher ups and as soon as inspectors walk in they send a manager run and tell everyone so they set up their rooms how they are supposed to and pay attention to the kids. So so much more I wish I could write please dont let your children go here. The place needs shut down asap

This KinderCare has molded my son & I. Without hesitation, they love my son. And honestly, they know my kid better then most. Theyre with him 5 days a week for 9 hours or more a day. Theres always bad opinions and frustrating moments. But the true teachers, genuinely love the kids they take care of. This center has been HONEST, and they communicate WELL. They do so much for our kids. Regardless whats going on in the world. They think of the safety of our children FIRST. I truly feel, if parents would communicate with the staff more, and have an open mind of no kid is perfect, people would see how much they care. They need more credit from the parents, More understanding from the parents, Theyre doing the stuff we cant do so we can provide for our children. I love you all. My son LOVES going to THIS daycare. FROM THE BRAVENECS- we love you KinderCare staff!!!

Extremely rude workers and complete disregard for foster kids and their state mandated parental visits during the day & working foster parent schedules. Do better Kindercare.
