        Fine for many years at several locations including both Fourth Plain branches and Ridgefield. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The call center has improved in knowledge and helpfulness to a fine standard now. You can quickly get your balance by text, and make deposits with a cell phone camera.

        I love CCU. Every transaction is fast, friendly and easy. If you have questions they answer them and then print out exactly what they explain. Plus I don't have to worry about the intrusions the government is putting on private parties at the b ig banks.

        I really like this bank. The only complaint I have is how long Im on hold every time I call. Its ridiculous! Its at least 30 minutes before I actually speak to anyone. And this is every single time, not once in a while or only at peak hours.
