I am very sorry for what you feel was a bad experience for 360 Paving at our shop, as we never received any phone calls, emails or any communication whatsoever to tell us that you were upset. We would have bent over backwards to make it right with you. That being said, the month that the truck was here was not because of electrical problems but for a hydraulic cylinder that was being rebuilt by Hydraulics Inc, for which we have all documentation and Jerry was fully aware of. If you had lost your invoices than I can re-send them to you. If you would look over the invoices sent to you, you will NOT see an electrical distribution on any of them, which you so kindly supplied a picture of. We in no way charged you or said that we were replacing. We did however repair melted wires at your dump bed exhaust heater which was cracked. This repaired the lights as was verified by your driver when he picked up the truck, which again was stated in your invoices. As I look over the invoices I see that the majority of repairs performed here are actually replacing both seats, main dump bed cylinder and PTO replacement, all of which were requested to be done by Jerry. I am sorry that your truck was here for so long, we cannot help the timeframe which we are also held captive by from outside vendors. Oher times your truck was here, it was diagnosed while your driver waited, parts were ordered and when truck was brought back, driver waited while we repaired promptly. We are human and do make mistakes, though I do not feel one was made with your truck. We are sorry for the experience that you felt needed to give a 1 star review and pray that you will forgive us.
