Company provides 3 years of warranty. Techs were positive and polite, worne boot covers, left everything clean. Would defenetly recommend to anyone!

I asked Odoms Home Mold Remediation to come out to my house to examine some discoloration in my attic highlighted by my home inspector. I was worried I might have a serious mold issue. Eddie (the owner) got back to me right away and was able to fit me in a couple days later. He came to my home to conduct the free inspection and luckily found nothing to worry about. He confirmed that any work he might do in my attic wasn't needed currently and could wait a few years. Eddie was very professional, honest and friendly.

As a long-time real estate professional, I really value honesty and integrity. We Realtors depend on contractors such as Eddie to delve into an issue (often blown out of proportion by an inspector) and give us the straight talk, one way or another. Where other companies might "find" a problem to 'remediate' Odoms will be forthright about it, even if it means no work for him (this time, as there will always be mold issues in our industry). I am hugely impressed and he has helped to allay client's fears several times even when there was a large issue to be dealt with. I will continue to call him and to rave about his ethics to all my cohorts and clientele.

Eddy came highly recommended by my real estate agent after the house inspector had found some possible white mold in my attic. He was able to come by the same week and completed an inspection free of charge. His integrity and professionalism are through the roof (pun intended): he crawled up there, did a humidity test, took pictures, and told me I had nothing to worry about for the foreseeable future. He was so honest and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone dealing with a potential or real mold issue. Five stars!
