Why are there so many loose dogs here? Not safe for small dogs or small children.

Lived in this apartment complex for a few years now and Sophia has been very helpful and attentive to all our needs be it maintenance or just getting salt on the road and walkways so we avoid icy accidents in the winter. She always checks on us to see if everything is going well and I've honestly yet to meet any management as thoughtful and considerate.

We lived in an unfinished apartment with no compensation. We were practically conned into paying an extra months rent after our lease was over due to a wording technicality in an email. Terrible, rude management.

I hope the owner of this property reads this. Your property manager is a horribly unprofessional person. She sets an appointment at 10:00 am and when I go there the office is closed. I call her and she says I am behind today do you want to reschedule? As if we are living in a third world country and peoples time means nothing. Then she says I will be there in a couple of minutes; I wait for 25 minutes and she doesnt show up and when I call she doesnt pick up the phone. She is not making you any money managing this property and even though I never met her I am sure all the bad reviews about her being mean and disrespectful is true. I would never rent a place with such a bad manners manager and I hope no one else does.

Just moved in (first time out on my own) & so far Sophia has been super helpful with this journey. Shes very serious & stern when it comes to her guidelines & thats one thing I appreciate the most. Tenants stay to themselves but everyone is very respectful.
