8/2022: Been a resident here since 2020 and it's been great with the new management company (Blanton Turner). The units are airy and spacious, great water views, roof top has beautiful views of the sound. Units have full size washer dryers! Free portable AC unit if you need it. Located near many public transit lines and bar/restaurants/galleries/boutiques/cafes. Resident portal is active and management is wonderful. They are responsive, mindful, and collaborative.

These apartments are in such an awesome location, Pioneer Square has a ton of amazing restaurants, wine bars, and coffee shops - I'm surprised I haven't gained more weight!! Plus so many art galleries and cute little shops - definitely check out the Art Walk in the square each month. The access from here is pretty unbeatable with the Streetcar right out front, an easy walk to any bus stop, and the ferries (which is a HUGE plus because trying to get a car on the ferries can be a total nightmare). Can't say enough good things about this place!

It's a small, nice & friendly apts. TL;DR I came from Illinois to Seattle to do a summer intern program here. The manager Ben was a very nice person and accommodated my request for a three-month lease. I ordered somethings online before I moved in and Ben even helped me received the package and took them to my unit. What a nice person uhhhhhh During my stay I borrowed a hand truck twice and a portable A/C (for free, wow! But you may need to ask in advance) from the apt. I go to the waterfront everyday for running. The scene is beautiful. There are a small community room at Mezzanine, with free WiFi here (you still have to buy Internet for your own unit though) and coffee machine and coffee/tea pods for free. Also, it's near the international district (10 mins walk) so food delivery or pickup is convenient. There is one bus stop just cross the street to the building with a very convenient bus route (C-line). I only used public transportation during my internship and it was fine. I'm satisfied with the rent and the people here. But I think still there is something to improve: many people have dogs here--sometimes the elevator doesn't smell good :( Another thing to mention is homeless people... I came from a small collegetown with few homeless people so I felt a little unsafe. But I guess this is just normal for any big cities, and you must know about this before you come to Seattle and stay alert when you are here. In Pioneer Square, this apartment is definitely a good choice :) PS: I was a little scared when I looked at the reviews, but if you pay attention the bad reviews are all kind of old. The management team must have changed a lot because they are so nice now!

Let's just start with the fact that I am not a current resident, I am reviewing this as a community member that is frankly disgusted by the customer service that I received. The phone number on this apartment buildings Google my business page has been disconnected, and the main phone number has a voicemail box that has been full for weeks. After getting annoyed that they didn't answer the phone, I emailed the team, and ask them to call me, they refused to do so... I then asked them who the management company was, because I was planning to let them know that their manager is very bad at their job, and they refuse to tell me any information about the apartment building. If they're this careless and rude towards prospects I can't even imagine what getting maintenance work done is like. Good luck getting people to rent an apartment from you acting like that. Yikes.

I live here right now and I absolutely love it. The managers keep it super clean, especially during COVID. The rooftop is amazing and has two BBQ and a sink. There's also an area for your dogs to run around (and do their business so you don't have to leave the building) , as well as a lounge furniture that looks out to the waterfront, with the most amazing view of the city and the sunset/Olympic peninsula/water etc. All of the neighbors here are super nice and wear masks etc. The rooftop is big enough to be a nice amenity and socialize but small enough to feel accessible and cozy. The units have washer and dryer and dishwater in unit and nice new kitchens and bathrooms. The managers are responsive and helpful. Some of the units have balcony's that look out west and have one of the most killer views of the city. There is a package room for security that you need key access to. All amazon and other packages go there. Before I moved in, I heard they had air bnb corporate rentals but they do not exist anymore due to covid, other etc. So only tenants live here and everyone is super chill and nice. If you are uncertain about living in pioneer square, I personally love it : 1. There is an amazing bike path that goes towards west Seattle and then you can also ride your bike easily to the Olympic sculpture park on the boardwalk. You can roller blade, walk, get ice cream, etc. 2. We are across the street from the ferry terminal so you can jump on and go to Bainbridge island in a heartbeat. 3. The viaduct is gone so there a lot more light and pretty soon the water front is going to be awesome. 4. There are ton of galleries and it is the oldest neighborhood in Seattle and so there are tons of buildings with lots of character, brick etc. 5. This building is a block away from the UPS water fountain plaza and the London plane, a cool place to get coffee and sit in occidental park ( they set up social distance tables out in the square). 6. The local grocery store is Uwajimaya and city target is also close. There is a Bartells in the ID as well. 7. The post office is literally downstairs, next door to an amazing pho spot! 8. UPS and Fed ex are nearby too and home depot is down the street. 9. Light rail station, Street car ( from cap hill to pioneer square thru ID) tons of buses, and the train station are very close.10. Zip car is available nearby if you don't have a car. There are a few parking pots in the building. Get in now while you can
