    Just today I had my girlfriends car broke in to. And Ive had this happened to my car also. I am paying extra for a parking in the basement that is supposed to be secured, but apparently not. The pipes on the basement are dripping unknown liquid to my car and it ruined the paint. Gun shots at night, literally at the parking lot. Ive contacted management about all this Issues but their only solution to it is apologize! No actions at all ! This is so frustrating! We want to move out! But they are charging us ridiculous amount of money to end our lease! Any suggestions? If you see this review ! Dont move here! It will save you from trauma and it will definitely save you money !

    Strap in everyone, this is going to be a wall of text but I promise you will want to read this before considering Majestic Bay. And this still wasnt everything. - Dirty hallway despite carpet just being replaced. Dog poop in the halls and near garage elevator that went days without being picked up so doesnt seem like anyones regularly cleaning the grounds. - Gunshot broke elevator window. Bullet found in wall. Window itself left broken/unrepaired and open to outside for weeks. This was never disclosed or communicated by the leasing office (spoiler: communication is nonexistent at this complex.) - Ceiling collapsing in hallway at one point due to leaking. - Tenants below us had their apartment shot up. - Multiple false fire alarms to the point that the fire alarm system had to be disengaged (large fire doors in the hallways couldnt even stay open due to this.) There was a single week that the fire alarm went off 3-4 times. Again, no email from the office to at least address the issue. - A simple door hinge fix was Jerry rigged so it only worked for a few days before we had to place another work order. - Blamed for a plumbing issue by manager (didnt call maintenance due to the aforementioned incompetent job on our door.) Once a third-party plumbing company came by, they made it clear this was an issue before we ever moved in. - Elevator is ALWAYS dirty. Granted that is to be initially blamed on by tenants but it takes days for it to be cleaned (trash/spills/urination) Elevator is also broken quite often. On one occasion it was fixed, it was literally slamming itself shut. This means taking the sketchy stairways. - Car broken into and fog lights stolen in the garage - Parking garage leaks very badly, causing mineral build up on car paint. - Only allows a single key card for building entry even if there is more than one adult on the lease. We also had to make a case for why we would need a second garage fob (for a garage gate that doesnt close half the time) if we were paying for a second parking spot. - No real sense of security (lack of numerous cameras that should be put in place) - Very loud surrounding environment (planes, cars peeling off at all hours of the night, gun shots) this isnt the properties fault but is something to keep in mind regarding the area if you are noise sensitive. - Supposedly has a nice workout center however it is only open when the office is open, (which most days seems like its from 10am-3pm, if even that,) so I have never been able to use it. Pros: The sunsets were gorgeous. The building is older so the noise insulation was pretty good. We also enjoyed the layout of our unit. If everything noted above was not an issue, rent would be reasonable. That said, this place is very overpriced, (especially now that they raised the rent quite a bit.) I promise if you can afford rent here, you can afford to keep looking for somewhere else to live. Stay safe

    Majestic bay is very nice however my current situation has put a damper on my life as a whole I've been reaching out but I haven't been successful in seeking assistance so if I have to go back to homelessness I know in my heart it could've been prevented

    My car was stolen two days ago from parking lot. There was overnight security here for about two months and then suddenly there wasnt anymore. If there was still security, my car would not have been stolen. Unbelievable. Ive had multiple cars stolen which is why i moved and then POOF, my car gets stolen here.
