Affordable Appliances

This has been the worse experience I have ever had with a company. They were hired through Fidelity to fix my microwave 6-weeks ago and it has still not been fixed. They came into my home to take a look at it 4-weeks ago and they said nothing to me. I had to call them to get an update and they said they were waiting on a part. 3-weeks go by and they finally say they have the part and will come fix it. They scheduled a date and then just didnt show up. No heads-up, no calls as to why they didnt show up. Just didnt show up. Have left several voicemails and have heard nothing. I have never left a negative review for a place in my life but this company has pushed me over the edge. There has been zero communication and the work still is not done.

As a property management/development company, we had been buying appliances from Anthony (owner of Affordable Appliances, or AA) here for several years now. Anthony's products are just as reliable as new ones we got from Home Depot (we used wait for on-sale and buy new ones). I value the trust we built with Anthony's team where I tell them what kind of house I am buying the appliances for and Anthony's team can always come up with the right model machines. If they don't have one right away, they will fix one up within a few days. Over the past few years, I also learned from them which brands and models are more trouble-free than others and their respective repair costs. This helps our job a lot , so we frequently buy appliances from AA and have them delivered and installed "equipment unseen". At the end of the day, tenants from our dozens of houses are the testament of AA's product, and our continued purchasing from AA reflects our customers positive feedback. Oh yeah, used machines cost a lot less than new one, of course.

Affordable and friendly. We purchased a washer from them. When there was an issue with the initial installation Tony was very quick to respond, and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Best used appliance shop in Seattle!

Worst customer service Ive ever seen in my entire life. Once you agree on a price he will add 30% when youre ready to pay. Total scam artist. Never go here, youll find way better used appliances elsewhere.
