Jeff is awesome! He helped me with my small claims court case, where he exhibited professionalism, meticulous organization, and punctuality, coupled with a strategic aggressiveness when necessary. One minor caveat is the frequent fullness of his voicemail, which is easily mitigated by contacting him via email, to which he responds promptly.

Multiple calls made during business hours, voicemails left each time. No answers, no calls back. EDIT: Received a call back, told me he was too booked at the moment but gave me a referral for another attorney.

I leveraged Jeff Hamilton for a contract review with a home build and was really satisfied with the service. From my experience, any contract that one receives from another party will most likely have language that skew in the other party's favor. Mr. Hamilton was meticulous and walked me through all the gaps in the contract where I wouldn't be protected in case things went wrong and then suggested language to be added that would enable those protections. There was a lot of money on the line for this build so I am really glad that I leveraged Mr. Hamilton's expertise before signing into a big agreement.
