Don't go here they use BAIT and SWITCH tactics! I had a quote from Gerber to repair my car mirror but they had a long wait time so I took my car to Service King because the quote for the mirror was similar and they could help me right away. The called me after I dropped my car off and wanted to add over $500 worth of charges to hammer out the metal on the door shell. I asked when my car would be ready for pick up and they said a few hours if I approved the work; HOWEVED they wanted to charge me for an additional 6.5 hours of labor. I also asked for pictures and the damage which was minimal and was evident prior to any repairs and the needed repair was on my original Gerber quote that I showed them (they estimated 1.5 hours of labor). They would not repair for a reasonable price so I would not approve additional work. They put my mirror back on and it's crooked and a complete safety hazard. I'll be filing a complaint with the attorney general's office. I told them I did not feel comfortable paying them the total price quoted me as the work was not up to standard and they threatened to call the police on me and put a lean on my car. STAY AWAY! Can't recommend this shop/location enough! The frontend personnel were professional, courteous and even stayed late to allow me to be able to pick up the car. The technicians did a fabulous job repairing the damage and blending the new paint with the original. They are the best!
