scheduling a time is a real ordeal. staff is not overly friendly. we had to wait 2 hours for staff to take photos of our left mirror because we arrived early. when they say, "arrive before 11," you should arrive at 11 exactly! It is a huge impersonal place with stale mini chocolate bars. Next time I will return to my smaller, more friendly body shop.

2021 Took week longer than estimated, but paint is flawless so far .Will be back in a year for the overall paint job review compared to factory . Edited September 2022, paint held up and looks great . Edited July 2023 , paint holds up better than the factory

Went in for an estimate and they never completed it for my insurance. It's been 2 months. I called repeatedly as did my insurance company. Just got the run around. Service: Body & Trim

10/10 great service. This place did a great job fixing my car after I was rear ended and communicated well through out the entire process. They worked hard to help things move as quickly as possible despite supply chain delays. They were easy to reach by phone and text and were friendly at every interaction. My car looks good as new.
