        I called and made an appt to bring my car in to see what was wrong with the door not locking and the window. They knew the make model type of car and the problem. They called us said we had to take it somewhere else and still charged us $150 kicker is the VW place cant even use their diagnostics (saying loosely)

      Thank you for taking the time to review us. We should point out that we did correctly diagnose your problem by removing the door panels and performing pinpoint testing. We determined that the failure is in fact the door lock module which will need to be programmed by the dealer. It is unfortunate that special programming is required.
