pay northwest should be avoided at all costs. they sell you hard on their services and DO NOT DELIVER!! We were captive to them for about six months as they PAINFULLY tried to provide us a way to integrate their entries with our accountant. PayNW team had NO IDEA how to provide the necessary information to our accountant so our books were off for months. We spent much more on internal bookeeeper and CPA expenses than we did on PayNW services- it was a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. when we asked for a refund of ONLY our set up costs the upper management agreed but was ultimately deceitful and never provided it. AVOID PAYNW LIKE THE PLAGUE.

This place has most abysmal service and follow through of any payroll company I have ever worked with. People don’t call back when they say they will, there is no escalation option when staff are [regularly] rude, and the customer service is terrible. Stay away from this company.
