Chef Traci was amazing! Johan was also such a great assistant for the day. We loved every aspect of our adventure. Touring the market and learning the history, meeting vendors and hearing their stories and then if that was not enough assisting in making a wonderful meal. Thank you for a great morning Traci! Would recommend the tour to table with Atrium Kitchen if your in Seattle. Local or visiting.

Had an amazing experience with Chef Traci at Atrium Kitchen in Pike Place Market. Traci guided us through the market where we sampled items and met local vendors all while picking up the freshest halibut and produce that we would use to cook our lunch. I love taking cooking classes and this ranks up there as one of the best!

I always take a cooking class when traveling, Greece, Italy, Thailand and Chef Tracis Market to table tour at Seattles Pike Place Market was the best Ive experienced. Planned our own menu, toured the market, met the vendors, sampled amazing creations and learned a lot of the history and then we had a whole hands on cooking class. Amazing 5 star experience.

We had a great time at Chef Tracy's Market to Table tour and cooking class! From creating our own menu, to touring the market and meeting vendors, and cooking a delicious meal with our purchases, there was so much to enjoy. As a Seattle resident, seeing little parts of Pike Place that we'd never seen before, finding out where to buy fresh corn tortillas or the best truffle salt, and seeing how Chef Tracy supports and builds community around her, were the best parts. I highly recommend this tour and class to visitors and Seattleites alike!
