Verity is awesome, I have been banking there for almost a decade now and refinanced my mortgage with them a couple of year ago for a great rate as well. Super helpful, informed and friendly staff. I'll never bank at a "regular" bank again. My free checking account also pays me interest and reimburses all ATM fees from any machine I want to use anywhere. Win-win-win! It's ridiculous to see bad reviews here over the parking lot enforcement which they have nothing to do with. Grow up, people.

After banking hours on a Saturday I parked for less than 5 minutes in one of the dozens of empty spots in their lot because street parking was full, picked up take out across the street & returned to a $49 ticket. This is predatory & discourages supporting your neighborhood businesses. Verity is limited in their lease to the landlord who is discouraging the public from patronizing local businesses. This is an ongoing issue with the parking company who "operates" the lot. I don't see this being remedied any time soon. Be warned!

Verity Credit Union in Greenwood is without a doubt ahead of the pack and Anthony Rice is the wizard behind the curtain! He gets things expedited for members lightening fast! His Credit Union experience promises solutions to member challenges! For me, the proof is in the pudding for this member because although I can go online on any device, I have no qualms about driving to Greenwood even though I live in West Seattle!!!
