        Beware! Salal credit union would send you deceiving statement with different due date to trick you into paying late. This was what they did to me, sending me statement with date later than my no interest due date. Naturally I went with the statement date instead of checking the contract, since I thought it would be the same. Now they refused to undo the interest that was levied on my account. Basically scammed me of my money. Do not do business with this company! Scam artist is what they are!

        Not so happy that I got stuck in Italy because they blocked my account and I couldnt get ahold of anyone and still I cant get into my account by phone to get my balance right now saying my name is not valid after 50 years of being a member

      Hi Wolf. Thank you for bringing your parking concerns at our Northgate branch to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced in finding parking during your recent visit.We do offer parking for our members, which is located behind the branch within the building. In the past, we had a sign on the sidewalk to guide individuals to the parking garage. Unfortunately, the previous sign was damaged, causing confusion for our members.Rest assured, we understand the importance of clear signage to assist our members in finding available parking spots efficiently. We are taking immediate action to address this issue.
