Update - My husband made multiple attempts to reach their office again after they left a voicemail stating our sons new placement was correct without an explanation as to why he was dropped so drastically. I called a few minutes after his final attempt and Chantel picked up immediately, indicating she was screening her calls in an attempt to avoid having to provide us an explanation. I spoke with the director who gave an explanation for the drop in placement so we received an answer there but the steps and blatant disrespect we needed to experience just to get there revealed a lot about certain employees of the center. 3/31/2023 - We have been on the waitlist for about a year and a half. This past month, our son was dropped 12 spots on the waitlist despite having only moved up since we originally registered. Our interactions surrounding this issue have seemed very dishonest and we can't seem to get a straight answer as to why this happened. At this rate, he will never be taken off of the waitlist, which we understand can happen, but clearly children are not being admitted based on the order in which they are registered. The lack of transparency and intentional dodging of questions surrounding this situation has revealed a lot about how this facility functions and we are very disappointed by their lack of response and disrespect.
