Charged $151 dollars for 4 jackets and they definitely didn't wash 2 of them because they still smell like mildew (the reason I brought them in) while the other 2 were clearly washed and have a clean/chemical smell

Ive been bringing my dry cleaning here for over 5 years. The service is great, the staff recognize you by name when you come in, and the prices are fair.

$45 is way too much to pay for cleaning a standard (non-down) queen comforter. I wish I had asked the price before I had taken it in, but I had a Groupon voucher, so I thought I would get a good deal. The owner first denied that her business used Groupon, but she relented when I showed her the voucher. When I returned to pick it up, she informed me that my comforter was "very dirty. Very dirty." She repeated this a few times. I thought, "Well, isn't that the point of bringing something to the cleaner's? I'm not going to bring in clean things." It wasn't all that dirty, but even if it were, telling me this does nothing to support a business relationship. The exterior of the comforter was clean when I picked it up, but the fill was clumped and matted--it was not like this was when I dropped it off. I hope it's not ruined. A profoundly disappointing experience overall. Between the high prices, the nonexistent customer service, and the substandard quality, I won't be returning. Queen's Cleaners charges $35 for the same service. They do a better job, and they are pleasant to deal with. I'll going there next time.

I had a very positive experience having a sweater dry cleaned here. I brought in a pilled cashmere sweater in need of dry cleaning. The lovely staff dry cleaned my sweater and even de-pilled it without my asking. I was very pleased with the results and the price was very reasonable. I will be returning!

I had two silk skirts that I needed taken in at the waist, and Aaron's was the second place I went to. The first told me that I would have to pay $35 each, but Aaron's offered to do it for $18 each. The woman working there was very friendly. She did a quick fitting--it only took a minute or two--and they were ready for pickup in a week. The alterations were really great, very neat. I can't even tell that work was done on the skirts, but now they both fit perfectly! I had a great experience at Aaron's, and I'll definitely return if I need any more alterations done.
