Had she given me any idea of how much this would cost I never would have left my things! I'm offended that she would disparaged my lifestyle (as my son needs a heart and liver transplant so we stay poor so we can afford Organs) is the ultimate betrayal. Your opinion of us is completely unwarranted and unwanted. Your sweet disposition is an obvious facade at this point. You sees yourself as better than others. I'm sorry You are not sympathetic to the plight of a 22 year old boy! Leave us Alone! You clearly believe in greed before need! Absolutely a rip-off! Gave no written estimate or verbal idea of how much it would cost. Very poor business practices to not give any estimate. I was blindsided by the final cost which I did not have! I was able to get 2 of the 7 items I dropped off. If she had decided to refuse to give me Any of my items back I would have back-charged the money Julia, don't bother to respond to my post. You should have given me some idea of the final cost!!! Period. $150 for less than 4 hours work! Be very cautious. Such a disappointment! This is a business completely intended for the rich. If you make less than $100,000 a year go elsewhere!

Julie is the sweetest! Ive taken many pieces here to be dry cleaned and always leave with a smile! She does excellent work for a fair price, highly recommend. :)

Update: Im dissatisfied with the owners response below because she did not say that the alterations would leave the dress in bad condition, she said that the collar would be wide. That I was ok with. Im disappointed that she chose a visible trim that alters the look of the dress on the collar and sleeves. Also, two stained garments were returned to me. Fortunately I was able to remove the stain mentioned below with hot water and vinegar. Original: I'm disappointed stains from two garments were not removed but my main reason for posting is the owner adding decorative, visible trim to the sleeves and neckline of a garment she removed the collar and cuffs on without consulting me (it looks like this made work easier). What was added looks cheap and Ill need to take it somewhere else to have it redone.
