This consulting firm is helpful and professional. They are committed in assisting educational institutions, community centers and local businesses on many different grounds. One particular thing, I can share is how they educate local institution like mine. They did train my employees on cultural competency, capacity building and professional development. Ever since Macademics trained our staff members, I noticed many positive things in our work place, such as high level of customer services skills, and positive interaction and friendly attitudes with the clients. As a result, we have experienced a steady increase of profit.
