The Extra Ingredient

We held a wedding reception for our daughter in early July at Eventide. Chef Elizabeth was wonderful to work with prior to our event and gave us great suggestions that fit both our budget and our vibe for the party. She was quite responsive. Thank you to Chef Elizabeth and her sister Kelly and the staff who gave us such wonderful service and support. We could not have chosen a better venue or people to work with and everyone has raved about the food - the house smoked salmon especially. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the delicious food and the positive experience we had.

We had my wifes 50th birthday here. 80 guests and the crew took excellent care of us! Delicious and beautifully garnished food, warm and comfortable ambience, and the most perfect views of Lake Union. It was a memorable event helped greatly by the competent work of their team. If given tthe chance we would repeat it at The Extra Ingredient again.

My daughter had her wedding 8/28/22 and these 3 women were incredible! I can't thank them enough for a wonderful day & creating such a perfect memory for our family & friends. The food was amazing and the decor was lovely. My husband left his cell phone at the venue and on her way home, Allegra (coordinator) drove to our hotel and delivered his phone to him. Talk about going above and beyond!!! Thank you ladies!

Our company held our belated holiday party at Eventide in January and The Extra Ingredient catered the event. I've never helped organize an event where I received so many positive comments about the food afterward. Our employees LOVED the meal! The buffet was beautifully laid out and clearly marked so there was no confusion about ingredients or which direction to circumnavigate the table. We also had passed appetizers in advance and the staff were kind and attentive about personalizing some of those for people who couldn't eat specific items. It was an all-in-all great experience. We highly recommend The Extra Ingredient!
