Well yeah, I should have trusted the reviews. The floor is very dirty in the exam room and they ask you to take off your socks and shoes while you wait. I'm not here for warts, but I feel like you could get them here by walking on the filthy floor! Anyway my biggest issue is that the staff isn't wearing masks. Delta variant is booming. I'm wearing 2 masks and the receptionist isn't wearing one at all! The receptionist was sitting so close to me that I could smell his breath so that's probably too close-- especially if you're not wearing a mask. My last and final complaint is that I had specifically picked this clinic to speak with a doctor who does a special surgery that I'm interested in, which I indicated when I arranged my appointment. I got there saw a completely different doctor that I did not want to see who had no information about this surgery. This was not a complete waste of time because I found out that my current insurance doesn't cover the surgery anyway, so at least there's that. When I get my new insurance in a month that does cover it, I won't be coming to this clinic.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. Someone in my family visited here for a procedure and it was absolutely the worst experience we've ever had in a medical facility. Lack of professionalism, lack of medical training, and the list goes on. Avoid this place at all costs!
