Local Bigger Burger- Green Lake

They got the order wrong, then refused a refund to my girlfriend to the point she was openly crying. We simply wanted the money back to go elsewhere after 2 bad experiences. The refund was only given once I walked in and flat out demanded it. It's 'almost' as if the open carry sidearm was the ONLY reason they were forthcoming with the refund. One should be able to politely say "My order was messed up, please refund my money so I may go elsewhere". Would never order there again.

Ordered the Bacon Chedder Burger, did not come with bacon OR chedder, what's the point of calling it that if you charge extra to add bacon or cheese to something called the BACON CHEDDER BURGER. Disappointed, do not reccomend.

Sevice was ok. Did not recieve burger as ordered (regular onions not grilled), it took FOREVER even though there was no one else waiting for food, burger was brought right out but the bun was VERY soggy (mushed in hands when tried to eat), no sauce for tots as ordered. They handed us a paper bag that was already oil ridden & the tots were all ove the bag soaking oil into the napkins. The tast of the burger was actually good, but frozen pattys? Not worth $25 dollars per person. We wont be going back and would NOT recommend. Also, dogs should not be allowed to dine in where humans eat. They shed and it is not very sanitary

We asked non spicy chicken sandwich for my kids and they gave a super spicy one. The Cesar salad was prepared with withered salad.

Ordered the bacon cheddar burger which is advertised as having 2 patties, 4 strips of bacon and 2 slices of cheese. There was one patty instead of two. There was no cheese and no bacon. Honestly, it had to have been retaliatory (for having ordered via Doordash) or complete ineptitude that literally, nothing about that burger was made correctly. This place was a huge disappointment and we will never recommend or solicit again. Feel bad for the owner whose dream it was to open a burger place only for it to be extremely subpar via employee apathy.
