The staff was very friendly both in the hotel and in the restaurant! The hotel was right in front of the Public Market, so it was very convenient. The first Starbucks store is usually quite crowded, but if you go there first thing in the morning, you won't have to wait in line! Since it's located in the center of the downtown area, the sound of out-of-control cars in the morning was noisy. Other than this, there were no problems and it was very comfortable. (Two earplugs were provided in the room.)

I stayed in your hotel 29/March - 1/April 2024, it was nice experience to stay in this hotel. However, this hotel charge extra money twice times with my credit card without any asking after I check out. Its horrible and nightmare for me, I believe everyone will feel like me. I trying to contact this hotel in official way, it was not success. All Email are incorrect. OMG! Nearby activities: Easy to go any travel place, such as pike market.

Visited Seattle for my partner's birthday as he wanted to see the SAM. The Palihotel cannot be beat as far as location goes, truly. If you're a tourist and wanting to do the typical touristy things -- Pike Place, the aquarium, any of the sports stuff, and the Space Needle/ Chihuly is only a 20 minute walk (or a 10 minute Lime scooter) ride away! The restaurant attached to the hotel is kind of weird esthetically, but the food and drink were good. The staff (shout out to Will!) were also super super helpful, friendly, and were more than happy to fill my water bottle with ice every morning. If you are NOT A TOURIST and want to do things past 7pm -- stay on Cap Hill or in Belltown or up in U District. There isn't much to do after dinner around there. PROS - Location, obviously. The hotel is also super esthetic and great for digital photography. The place was clean, not too loud (we stayed middle of the week) at night, and a really good price for what you get. CONS - The internet SUCKS, the tvs have cable but no smart function (even though they are smart TVs) to connect to devices in order to stream. At least from Apple devices. The lighting in the rooms is trash. I did my makeup in the window, which worked well, but it was a pain in the rear to have to check my whole 'fit before leaving the room because the lighting was non-existent. The pillows were really small and soft, very strange choice for a hotel. There is a severe lack of tech awareness at this location, the outlets are limited and there are no USB ports built in anywhere. There is absolutely NO space to store your stuff. They decided not to hang things on the walls so there's nowhere to put your toiletries, limited closet/ hanging space, and absolutely nowhere to put folded clothes. The rooms might be great for one person, but two people meant that the storage space and the "getting ready" space was super super limited. Parking was $33/night and was about 3 blocks away, which isn't terrible but also isn't great -- especially with no bellhop service. ACCESSIBILITY NOTE: The hotel showers are VERY narrow. If you are a super or infini-fat, I'm not sure these showers will work for you. I am a small to mid fat and it was just fine, but word to the wise! Also the front doors to the hotel are not handicap friendly, which also makes it a PITA to get your bags into the lobby. Otherwise the hotel is wheelchair/ fat friendly and they do have ADA rooms. Walkability: Extremely walkable.

Perfect location, right in the heart of downtown Seattle by Pike Place! The service was phenomenal, the rooms were quaint, and the connected restaurant, The Hart and the Hunter, was delicious.
