W Seattle

It was okay, but I had to pay extra for anything I need. Breakfast? gotta pay. Room service? Gotta pay. Finding the parking garage was rough, when I asked the valet for help he was rude and didn't help. It took me a while before I found a parking garage close to the hotel. The valet was nice to open the door, and I paided ahead and still had to pay more just to get extra towels if I needed them. Rooms: I loved the big bed I got, the shower was pretty also. the view was scary (I was on the 12th floor) but beautiful

I booked a spectacular room with city views on higher floor and was disappointed by what I got as a city view. The hotel was overall nice but doesnt live upto the W expectation. The rooms are pretty mediocre and there is no wow factor. The toiletries are legit though and happy with having them rather than having travel size bottles filled with cheap products at other select Marriot hotels. Hotel lobby and other staff are nice and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay but not WOW for sure.

Angela at the front desk has the absolute best customer service to date. She is very personable and goes out of her way to ensure you are satisfied. I enjoyed walking in daily seeing her face welcoming my cousin and I in from our endeavors. She was very patient and took her time not just giving us the map of the city but showing us certain attractions so we wouldnt miss anything. Nearby activities: Aquarium, Pike Place Market, Pier 70 old Real World Seattle House.
