        Great locality, quite near to light rail &mono rail, and Pike Market/Pier62/Target. Rooms are decent and had no shortage of any utility. Not that hightech like the ones of NY, e.g mirrors that control light settings etc. However, the 4 stars is because of room service being little disrupted, for stay of few days, we did request alternate day room cleaning and services - which was not upto the mark nearing weekend. Hotel mgmt maybe aware of staff situation for this, while we managed.
