I'm incredibly disappointed in how my interaction with Mandy played out, as I am out $3,425 for an appointment that never happened. This is my honest overview of my experience and I hope it helps others make an informed decision. I reached out to Mandy at 2 am on one of the lowest nights of my life. We set up a consultation soon after and she proposed her 10-week $10,000 program. This was out of my budget and she suggested I take a loan out or borrow money from family. I declined and the next day she reached out again. She offered a one-day intensive for $5,000 with $3,425 down on the spot. I felt pressured but in the moment I was at my lowest and desperate for help. I Venmoed her the $3,425. After a miscommunication about how and where we were supposed to meet, I felt that the fit and experience expectation was not right for me. I reached out to Mandy, expressed this and asked for a refund. She said she would consider an exception to the no-refund policy that I had consented to when initially signing up for a consultation. She offered me a 50% refund ($1,712 of the $3,425 paid) and sign paperwork releasing her from liability. I declined and again asked for a full refund. She offered me 50%, set a deadline to accept the 50% or I would not receive any money back and stated she would not communicate with me again regarding a refund. I filed a dispute with Venmo and was not able to get any funds back through that avenue. I feel taken advantage of during my lowest point. It's disappointing as this concerns mental health and well being. Due to this, I am now limited financially to seek support elsewhere.

I worked with Mandy for a couple months as my first experience with hypnotherapy. I think she is very insightful and able to get to the root of the issue and she was good at leading me to the answers that I needed. Over our time I saw improvements in various areas in my life including work, socially, and my internal view of myself. I started working with Mandy just before I made a major life decision, so this has made the progress even more meaningful.

The 7 months I worked with Mandy were healing and transformative! She brings a balanced energy to this work: compassion, empathy and safety paired with accountability, directness and calling out ways I could empower myself. Together we dove into my subconscious mind/body and brought trauma to the surface so I could give that part of me what it needed. I could tell from the first session she was very skilled at her craft, and also embodied a down-to-earth personality which I really appreciated. It's good to laugh while we heal :) Thanks so much Mandy from my heart to yours

Mandy was so helpful, Id highly recommend her. She has helped me enjoy playing the sport I love again.
