I was skeptical about their service, however, I'm delighted I spoke to them! They took their time and answered all my questions and told me about how to collect money that I didn't know I was eligible for. I will be speaking with them again after the first of the year. Leland at Jeppesen Financial Services was knowledgeable, thoughtful, the professional. He took the time to understand my life insurance needs and was kind and helpful when I had so many questions and changed my mind a couple of times. I felt that I could trust him because I could see that he had my best interest in mind and never tried to upswell me. I recommended him to one of my close friends when she had questions about a complex insurance situation and he was super helpful with her, too!
