        the staff is great at scamming customers who are a first time customer with t-mobile and tried to make my mom and I walk out and pay for 2 phones that came out to a total of 500. like either do what it says on your website or don't work at a phone company at all and the staff there isn't nice they are disrespectful and rude

        You sell me service insurance on my phone but you won't give me a phone and I have to fight with the Insurance Company to get my money I would recommend you to no one

        I had a negative experience with T-Mobile. Its disappointing to see a company prioritize the loss of product over their long-term employee. Firing a store manager who wasnt even working at the time of the robbery seems to contradict T-Mobiles core values of putting customers first, working together, acting with integrity, embracing diversity, and being accountable for their actions. I hope T-Mobile will take steps to ensure that their actions align with their stated values.
