I just moved to the area and needed a new PCP, and I'm really glad I picked Dr. Tracy at the Seahurst clinic to try... He was great, listened better than any PCP I've had before, and is clearly really smart and up-to-date. The clinic staff were very friendly and helpful too, so I'd definitely recommend them if you need a new PCP.

I went to the walk-in clinic today. Waited an hour. Got see a nurse for basics. Everyone is nice, efficient. Then I wait for the Doctor, who needs me to give her my name to verify who is sitting in her prep room. Then in ways that are very hard to understand due to English as a second language, we go through an interview which involves many, Huh?s because I dont understand the question. Every response is gruff and rude. This woman does not like her job. I ask about the prescription availability. She says, I dont know. Im not a pharmacist. No physical exam, just confused conversation. So. I go to the neighboring Rx but they have sent to my usual Rx. I call them. Ready in 24 hrs. What an exceptionally bad experience this was.

NEVER go here! Worst clinic! They told me they had X-ray equipment.. did not! Sent me to another clinic and found out they wrote the wrong foot on the order. When they were called was told up to an hour wait for the update. After an hour I called and they said they were waiting to fax it over. When it finally arrived the online order was also updated. Such incredibly poor service! Will never go here again!
