        I bought 3 keys. After I started the process, the machine wrote that they would need to be mailed to me. It took over a week to receive the keys. One key works, one gets stuck, and one will only go in halfway.

        They have only a few designs to choose from, but Ive gotten my house key copied here a couple of times, and have had no problem with the kiosk. And honestly, the copy the machine makes works better than my original key! You can also order different designs from the kiosk and it could ship it to your home if you really want a certain one. Also is located in a good area/store

        I made the mistake of not paying the extra $2.00 to buff the edges of the new key. The new key works, but not smoothly. It's a bit sticky in the lock. I don't know if that will affect the durability of the key or the lock. It's a disappointment.
