Devonshire did an amazing job transforming our backyard! The work came out great, the team was incredibly responsive, and the quote was reasonable & transparent. Coordinating was also a breeze - in a few days I was able to get an initial estimate based on photos & description of what we wanted done, Rick came out a few days after that to walk through things with me and sent me a formal quote later that day, & they started work within a couple weeks of when I first reached out. Huge kudos to Rick, Miguel, and the rest of the team! Ill definitely work with them again in the future.

Devonshire has transformed my backyard over the past 2 years from a crabgrass wasteland into an oasis. I did not really know what I wanted when I first contacted them, but I knew that I did not want grass or a lawn. Rick & Katrina helped design and create a beautiful, interesting and very sustainable garden. I can't say enough about the team! The installation and irrigation crews do amazing work-showing up early in the morning to work full hours until the job is done come rain or hail or sun. The whole team is professional, super talented, and great at communicating the cost and the timeline. I am so pleased that I found Devonshire and most highly recommend them to everyone in the West Seattle area.

Devonshire has the knowledge and experience to professionally maintain many aspects of our landscaping needs and have been a great collaborator in solving a number of challenges. Their people are kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with - consulting us to the result we want. They have great communication, let me know what they are doing, what they have done and what needs to be done to get the correct result. They tackle the small projects with the same enthusiasm as they do for the larger ones. 100% will use them again for our expansive property here in west Seattle.
