Edward and Maureen Buckley

This was our sixth real estate transaction with Buckley and Buckley Real Estate, and our previous experiences were satisfactory. However, this time, we, the sellers, were represented by Edward Buckley and the buyers were represented by Edward's wife, Maureen Buckley. Obviously, this creates a huge conflict of interest. We expressed our concern, but were assured that we would receive excellent representation. Unfortunately, the experience was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing because our agent, Edward, failed to advocate for us on numerous occasions. Instead, his wife, Maureen, ran the transaction. We finally had to hire a real estate attorney to represent us, as we were continually dismayed with this firm's questionable ethics. Never again.

Maureen and Edward did an exceptional job selling our home for us on Bainbridge Island. We had a very nice home with some very special challenges, and the Buckleys were there for us every step of the way. They brought in the best contractors to address our issues and, more importantly, served as a calming, assuring and professional presence while those issues were mitigated. Selling one's home can be a very trying time and their expertise and support was needed and greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Maureen and Edward to anybody who is thinking about selling their home.
