We recently had the pleasure of working with Claudia Ruiz. She immediately made us feel comfortable, valued, and never failed in open and constant communication with us. From start to finish she consistently went out of her way to to provide us with as much information about properties as possible. She worked relentlessly to provide us with extra resources and various options we could consider when deciding. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and always made it a priority. Its been over a year since we bought our home and I am still so grateful we chose Claudia! I reached out to Claudia as a friend from school. I hadnt talked to her in years and her service is impeccable. I felt like I was in such good hands with her and Berkshire Hathaway. Claudia had video chats with us at 9 pm to work around our childs bedtime. She was in constant communication and literally like a house hunting therapist. All of the other people we met were so friendly and really awesome I honestly believe we are sitting in our BRAND new house during a crazy market because of Claudia. We navigated pulling out of another house due to a bad inspection. I reached out to her because we had a history in common, but she blew through all of my expectations. This experience of buying and selling a house with her was so different than the first time. I am so grateful for her and wouldnt want anyone else.

Please read: We interviewed many realtors prior to choosing Claudia to sell our house and help us purchase a new one. I truly underestimated the need for a realtor. When we found our dream home and we were worried that we would be outbid and/or not get it, Claudia went out of her way to come to the open house, she took out her computer and sat on the couch with the listing agent. While other prospective buyers toured the home, she worked with the listing agent (for hours) to get to know more about the sellers and helped us prepare the perfect offer. Then we got it! That is one of many stories where Claudia supported us, counseled us, and ultimately sold our previous home and got us our current dream home. I kind of miss talking to her everyday. That's the level of service you will receive.
