        Newrez bought my loan from Caliber after Caliber went out of business recently. Whoever is running their Operations and IT departments should be ashamed. Their site constantly has errors and their letters and customer service direct you to other urls that are either incredibly rudimentary or not registered all-together, making it impossible to tell if these are phishing scams or legitimately from NewRez.

        Excellent customer service. Staff was very fast at responding to our questions for a Rehabilitation Loan. This was not an easy task considering our purchase and limitations but Caliber was very professional. I believe we were able to save so much more by having the team we chose to do this venture in our first home purchase. Great job you guys! We will most likely be working with you in the future again.
