    This was the most negative experience I have had with a loan company. My wife will be starting a new job and the new employer cant guarantee a minimum salary. We were upfront about this but they said it wont be a problem they just need a letter from the employer. After working with this loan company for 3 weeks on our application we send them the letter and they replied with an email that said Im afraid I have a bit of bad news. We are unable to use income from a new job with no history of income receipt unless the new employer confirms a guaranteed salary. Without a base salary, we are required to use an 18-month history of income from the job. The day after receiving the email with this information we received a copy of our credit report which means they did a hard pull even though they cannot assistance us with a loan. They should have brought this up before they did the credit pull and before they wasted 3 weeks working with us. To top it all off their online application process asked you to enter your online banking user name and password so they can automatically get the bank info they need to complete the process (we opted for the manual process). This was a red flag but this company came recommend by our realtor, and the realtor was recommended by a friend so we foolishly decided to proceed. They also asked us to send personal identification information such as W-2 and other tax info via regular email. After I pressed them for a secure means of providing this digitally they did provide a way but they should have started with this instead of have a client request it. So 3 weeks in we arent any closer to being pre-approved for a loan, we now have a negative mark against us for a hard credit pull that was pointless and a company with a less than stealer online security policy now has a lot of our personal information.

    I gave one star only because they did treat us well when we visited for the first time. We were here because of it is introduced by a friend saying the place is with well service. Therefore we scheduled appointment to discuss about our house loan. They were nice in our first visit and we did appreciate that. However, they did not provide too much info about the rate and continued to push us for application after that. Everybody knows that there is a hard pull request for the application, so we just want to have a deal with the estimated rate and then move forward. Because of that we are rudely treated, email seldom responded and we are complained about asking too many questions??? I think they don't understand that we are customers, we have right to choose among companies. Why do we HAVE TO do what they requested? Also, why do we HAVE TO choose you if you refused to provide us enough information? Ridiculous!
