A doctor who works with Dr. Dhillon, I think that doctor last name is Dr. Ma, who wrote oxycodone prescription and sent to Rite aid. Came to know that pharmacy cant fill prescription because doctor isnt state registered. My dad suffered pain all evening and night. Left voicemail to the nurse who left the clinic without calling back. So unprofessional. Why is that doctor writing controlled prescription when not qualified by the state. Had to deal with hours of waiting and eventually paid out of pocket to get the medication.

The most awful, hostile, rude receptionist ever. Why would you have someone like this on your staff? Answering phones? The first impression of your office is that you don't want our business. She is simply SHOCKINGLY awful.

I want to personally thank Marguerite, Dr Dillon, and Dr Mullen. They've been amazing in dealing with the VA and getting a surgery scheduled I've probably needed for close to 6-7 months now. I know it isn't always easy dealing with the miles of red tape the VA lays out. Anyways, these 3 people have done more for me in a month than the VA has in a year. The people leaving negative reviews have no idea how bad a medical system can be. Coming from the VA, this clinic has been a breath of fresh air. I know it is time consuming dealing with the VA. They lose more paperwork than they process. But, I hope the people who have worked with me to navigate the craziness that is VA authorization paperwork know, I appreciate what you've done for me from the absolute bottom of my heart. I will forever be in their debt and am very thankful I am being seen here by some of the best doctors in the world as far as I'm concerned. See you on the 10th. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again.
