Nice, free public parking garage. Clean restrooms and filtered drinking water filling stations. Right next to the shopping center.

This parking garage has the worst and most confusing layout I have ever encountered. After parking your car, as a pedestrian having to get to U village is nonsensical, the escalators and stairs are a maze to navigate and end up taking more energy than is needed to traverse. On top of that the elevators are extremely slow. It's even harder to figure out what floor you are on as signage is lacking. also, the parking spaces themselves have walls preventing you from accessing median floors so walking to and from the stairs is made more difficult, and problematic than needed.

It's a parking garage. It has spacious places to park your car. It's free. What else do you want?
