United Parking

So far, I can say I would AVOID United Parking AT ALL COSTS. Trying to save a few bucks on parking is looking like it is ACTUALLY COSTING ME THOUSANDS, and so far United Parking staff has been shady and aggressive. My parked car was Hit-and-Run, and I am hoping they may review the security footage they initially assured me they have with "lots of great lighting." Instead of following up with me on my damage report, staff suddenly claimed my car damage is "clearly old." Unfortunately, I do handle car impact damage for a living, not to mention have plenty of proof that this damage absolutely happened in their little car lot during my reservation. Instead of some help, I got salt in my wounds. My car was literally moved from this impact. I'm asking for a little help, and getting a lot of unprofessionalism and hostility, despite my maintaining my composure. I am extending United Parking Inc a few additional days to try to recover a worst-case unprofessional situation they are (hopefully) going to do bare minimum toward.

Just spent 10 minutes trying to find the pricing for how much it costs to park at your establishment and couldn't find it. Since this business is pretty simple PAY TO PARK YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE why dont you list if you have parking available and how much it costs to park there. That is all that matters when you OWN A PARKING SPACE FOR RENT!
