She's always on time sometimes a little earlier to take the dog, and usually contact me right away when the dog is finished. She always comes out with a smile, it was a shame she had to go up and prices I didn't expect that, but she still worth it! Never had a problem with this woman she loves her dogs and she treats them very well. Good place to take your dog

Do not take your dog here. I have gone to this dog groomer for many years but over time the service got worse and worse. My dog is elderly and on many occasions was left in a cage for hours after the appointment was supposed to begin causing her distress. My dog came back with injuries and nicks on her tongue, eye, and skin moles on different occasions. The groomers didn't let me know this happened or apologize I only found out after the fact when I discovered the injuries. I would ask for one cut and she would come back with a completely different style. So unprofessional. I so gave many chances for them to redeem my experience and now I am working with another groomer. I am so disappointed by this that if I could give 0 stars I would.

Alice, groomed both our dogs, an Airedale and Poodle doodle fabulously with care and her skills include all dog care professional services. Five Star!

DO NOT!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!! JUST WALKED IN ON THE OWNER STANGLING MY DOG AND SHAKING HIM AND ROUGH HOUSING HIM IN HER HEAT KENNEL!!!! IVE CALLED THE COPS!!

Took our baby Stella (Chiweeniepoo) in today for grooming and picked up the cutest thing in the world 2 hours later...so pleased with the service! A+ Thank you Alice!
