Jonny and his team helped us buy our first home! We were out of state and in a different time zone, but he made the process as easy as if we were right there with him. From the beginning he made sure to understand what we were truly looking for, and he offered plenty of insights as we toured houses. I appreciated his levelheadedness and keen instincts backed up by years of experience as we looked at and talked through various houses. Ultimately he was able to find us the perfect home pretty quickly, and was the absolute best partner we could've asked for during the offer process. On top of it all, he's a great person and friendly to talk to. Since this was our first time buying, we were very grateful for his guidance and expertise. He was always willing to explain concepts and things we didn't know and made sure we considered every aspect. He treated us like family! As an agent, Jonny will back you up no matter what. End of story. Throughout our first-time home-buying journey, we experienced all the emotions. Jonny was there for us at each and every step. Through nights of long phone calls and endless what-if scenarios, he listened and validated. Beyond that, he shared transparently: stories from years of personal and professional experience and and data (lots and lots of it). Please do not hire Jonny because I want him all to myself. Ive known him and his family for decades; top drawer professionals with extreme intelligence, integrity, work-ethic, street-smarts and caring. In addition to book-smarts Jonny has a competitive athletic and emotional intelligence that sets him apart. My circle of trust is small and I trust Jonny to make good real-estate investment decisions with my family. Extremely and consistently responsive, literally driving, same day, to physically view any properties I suggested, he turned down most properties, educated me how to focus our target in order to sell me the right property (which he brought to the table, not me). Great value. Ill work with him again.
