I cant really put into words how incredible Nina was throughout our home selling process. With us moving out of state, a baby on the way and many more life changes, Nina helped relieve the stress of the biggest one, selling our condo!! Nina and Derek were fantastic - easy to work with, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and just all around great people! Their perspectives and opinions were so valuable both in the process of selling my condo and in buying my first house (had lived in a condo for years) - they really helped me narrow in on what was most important to me and process through some big decisions. With their help I found the house that was just right for me - they helped me craft a very competitive offer that beat out seven other offers. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Nina and Derek to find our first home. We highly recommend Nina from the seller side of a real estate transaction. She did a very professional job. Weve bought a number of homes over the years but had never sold a residence. As a first step, Nina provided us a comprehensive list of simple things we could do to improve salability. Once they were completed, she staged the condo beautifully.
