I am originally from Colorado and have only been to Seattle a few times. I was offered a position in Seattle and knew I needed to jump into the housing market, right away. Since my familiarity with the city was sparse, at best, I knew I needed the guidance from someone who was knowledgeable of the area and familiar with moving across states. Heidi was extremely patient and thoughtful throughout the process. She listened to all my needs, even though they were mostly wants, and provided me with options I didn't even know I could have! I would highly recommend.

Heidi sent multiple text messages regularly to advertise her exclusive listing to me. She arranged a meeting to meet with me to share the listing. She sent me reminders for the meeting. I waited but she did not show up. There was no follow-up why she was no-show. Puzzled why she even advertised her listing to people at all. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reply to owner's response: I received a meeting invite from Heidi Mitchell the day before, and this meeting was on my calendar. I even received her text reminders twice (one hour before the meeting, and the other 15 minutes before the meeting) saying she was going to call me. I am not sure how Heidi manages her calendar, but it appears her time is more important than the time of her potential clients. What is the point of using a different phone number to send unsolicited text messages to people when a real estate agent is no-show in a client's meeting? I would suggest Heidi not to use SMS as a way to find new clients without consent. Not many people prefer getting regular spam text messages for exclusive listing. Not showing up a client's meeting is even worse. This is not a good way to build relationship and trust with potential clients in any industry.

Heidi Mitchell is a wonderful and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent. All of her advice and connections made my house buying experience, almost stress free and awesome. I got what I wanted and it was so fast! She knows what she is doing. Her experience is essential for looking in Seattle.
