SFW did a great job fixing the leaks on our house and making sure they wont come back. SFWs carpenters are very experienced and know what they are doing. Thank you Foster and Chris for the good work!

SFW construction is absolutely wonderful and we are so glad that we hired them. We have used SFW and fully trust their work. SFW has repaired a major leak for us and we greatly appreciate it. Foster and his team and Chris and his team did really great work for us. They were very communicative and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They repaired our house and our leak with quality and accuracy as well as with attention to detail. We were really impressed with their work, and glad that they were careful and paid attention to detail. The customer service was great. We worked with Bryan - The operations manager and his team, including the customer service manager. They were all great. Very nice and professional. I will say, they are not cheap, and they charge by the hour, especially for leaks, because they don't know how extensive the leak is or how far it goes, and they have to investigate the leak before they can repair it. It is hard to give an estimate without knowing the full extent of the damage. If you are looking to go the cheap route, SFW may not be the best fit. The crews typically work in teams of two and bill at a rate of $125 per hour per person. Plus, material cost + 20%. Overall, I recommend them and we were highly impressed. Kyle's crew did a great job on my project! They had great communication and kept me in the loop with pictures every few hours during the repairs. Not the cheapest around but you definitely get what you pay for. They paid attention to every detail and it was apparent how much pride they took in their work. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the unfortunate position of needing a house leak or weather damaged repaired.
