        I always had great experience here at the store. Staff always ask if i need help. I bought alot of shoes their and will still in future. I had a online order I needed to exchange and it was easy and painless. Also process from the website to the app and finally to the store is very easy. Order shoe online for store pickup and it was easy as well. Overall great store and POS process threw all business levels.

        There was only one staff on the floor on a Friday at 1330. Sometimes there was none. It took forever to get one shoe. There was one staff we asked for a shoe and he never came back so we just left. Customer service needs help here. By far the worst customer service we received at a finish line.

        Friendly staffs except Emily. She kept giving us bad looks and attitude. My 6 month old baby was crying and Emily was rolling her eyes at us. When we went to pay our items, she gave us that bad look again. Hope you guys can talk to her so she doesn't do this to other customers. Thank you.

        The 2 sales associate on the floor was great really attentive, the cashier Emily was extremely rude (rolling her eyes and giving us the death stare). Don't work in customer service if you have an attitude like that.
