Probably my favorite pair of shoes Ive ever owned. The staff treated me and my partner like royalty. Now granted this was a few years ago, but now that Im back in Seattle Im looking forward to seeing what they have now.

I wish I could give this store minus 5 stars. These are incredibly expensive shoes for such poor customer service. I bought a pair of fluevogs while visiting Vancouver BC and was told if they didn't work I could return them in Seattle. Well they did not work and so I went to return them. At this store the man working said I couldn't return them there but I could leave them at the store till the manager comes in the next day....wtf? Leave shoes I paid for without money back? I don't think so.....I went back the next day to talk to the manager only to be told very snottly that they can't take them back. I have to drive to Vancouver or ship them internationally. No help just attitude. So I will be going to Vancouver to return the shoes and I will never buy anything from Fluevog again. Buyer beware...they lack customer service and will be no help. By any other shoes you will be much happier!
