Lang Towing

I was quoted by towing approximately $400 to tow from north Seattle to goldbar ($250 hourly rate) Once the truck was dropped off they called me saying my bill was nearly $700 and it supposedly took 2.5 hours to get there. (It only takes an hour) None of this comes as a surprise since tow companies are well known for scamming people or outright stealing cars then sending an impound bill. Learn from my experience and just tow it yourself.

Chevy roadside assistance hired langs to tow my brand new truck from my house to the dealership right down the road as there was an issue with the ecm and it would not start. When i got the truck back there were large gouges in the frame where the driver hooked the winch. When i reached out to them they said there was no damages even though i circled them in the picture. They said the driver didnt hook onto the frame there even though i seen it with my own two eyes. Pretty sad they didnt take better care with a brand new 80k truck and wont own up to the minor mistake

Absurd, expensive, no towing signs and I saw my car getting towed ran said I'll move it I got it car and he picked it up and said now you need to pay drop fee of 200 pus tax or 400 pus tax from yard, I tried to get the only but he left with with my car, thinking about talking to my lawyer about this mess.
