I feel WM could care less about my issues. Contact forms that lead to nowhere, and no response. The only thing I get is a survey from them from time to time. Where are they when we face real issues? I've had unprofessional staff break bottles outside our property, and give us an attitude when we cleaned them up. In some ways, feel held hostage by this single service provider. Would happily prefer any other company who cares about their customers (e.g Can be gotten ahold of and address issues), and who have professional staff.
