        The office is attractive and the staff were helpful and friendly. Dr. Crouse was very personable and took time to explain the procedures to me and also go over the results of my hearing test. She impressed me as a very caring, as well as highly professional audiologist.

        I had an appointment to adjust hearings which they did very quickly and recommended an appointment quarterly for digital updates! Thank you!
